Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database access is restricted to application services only. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service.

4. CRM Data

When you connect Salesforce or other CRM providers, we access your contact records, opportunities, activities, and notes solely to personalize outreach emails. This data is stored in your isolated workspace and is never shared across workspaces or with other customers.

5. Email Tracking

We track email opens, clicks, replies, bounces, and unsubscribes to provide analytics and optimize deliverability. Recipients can opt out via the unsubscribe link included in every email.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Amazon SES — email delivery
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI email generation
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google / Microsoft — OAuth authentication

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Email engagement data (opens, clicks) is retained for analytics purposes for up to 24 months.

8. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can export your data from the platform at any time.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
