When you connect Salesforce or other CRM providers, we access your contact records, opportunities, activities, and notes solely to personalize outreach emails. This data is stored in your isolated workspace and is never shared across workspaces or with other customers.
We track email opens, clicks, replies, bounces, and unsubscribes to provide analytics and optimize deliverability. Recipients can opt out via the unsubscribe link included in every email.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Email engagement data (opens, clicks) is retained for analytics purposes for up to 24 months.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
