By accessing or using MailRocket.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MailRocket.ai is a B2B SaaS email outreach platform that provides AI-powered email personalization, campaign management, CRM integration, and analytics tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable email regulations
  • Use purchased or scraped email lists
  • Send malicious content, phishing, or deceptive communications
  • Exceed your plan's contact or sending limits without authorization

5. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Overage charges apply when you exceed your plan's contact limits. You will receive alerts at 80%, 90%, and 100% of your limit. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailRocket.ai's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
